There are only a limited number of space rentals and other sponsoring opportunities. Therefore, every sponsor is assured of a high profile position, affording ample opportunities for presenting your business to best effect.
New exhibit opportunity! Possibility to exhibit your poster
Especially for our international guests we have come with a 'luggage-free' alternative to exhibit at the congress. In the Willem Burger foyer there will be the possibility to exhibit an poster during the congress. It is even possible to upload/mail your poster and we will print it out for you.
Size: 84 x 60 cm (A1). 2 posters (top and bottom).
For € 450 per 2 posters.
Exhibition space rental
De exhibiton space rentals are in the Willem Burger foyer. This is the same area as the lobby of the congress where all the activities take place ( coffee/drinks,lunch, registration desk). You will be an integral part of the congress, so everyone will see you! There is a maximum of 22 exhibition space rentals.
1. The standard space rental consists of a table-top presentation: 1 table(1,5*0,75 meter), 2 chairs and electricity (max 500 watt). The space rental area is 2 meter by 3 meter.
2. Your Company logo and short description will be in the programme guide.
3. Exhibitors receive 2 full conference registrations per Exhibition space rental.

Attendee bag insert
The bag inserts allow you to put marketing or product information into the conference bag that is received by all attendees.You must provide enough copies for insertion into the bags. The insert consists of 1 piece with a maximum of 4 pages. The maximum paper size is A4 (21*29,7 cm). Insert space is limited to 10 bag inserts. The bag inserts have to be delivered to the congress organisation before june 1, 2010.

Monday night reception sponsorship at The kunsthal Sold!
There is the opportunity to sponsor the event at monday night. This event will take place in the Kunsthal, a beautiful museum designed by Rem Koolhaas. The sponsorship includes:
1. Display of company logo in program guide with the monday night reception. The company name will be mentioned by the reception as "sponsored by".
2. Possibility to display your company logo at the entrance of the Kunsthal and in the Kunsthalcafé
3.Display of your company logo at the beginning of the presentations in The Kunsthal in the Auditorium
4. Additional Monday Night Reception passes available for sponsor or clients (up to 25 reception passes.)
