Cancellation fees
All requests for refunds must be in writing and received no later than March 15, 2010. A 250 Euro administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received before March 15, 2010. Refunds will not be issued after March 15, 2010, but substitutions of attendees may be made at any time without charge. The Pre-congress healthcare facilities tour and the tour by bike are non refundable. We reserve the right to offer qualified substitute presenters in the event of an emergency,illness, etc. If a particular presentation has to be cancelled, attendees are still responsible for the full amount of their registration fees. The Congress reserves the right to cancel a Pre or Post Congress Tour if insufficient bookings are received. Additionally if circumstances beyond our control force the cancellation of a Tour full reimbursement will be given to delegates for that Tour. Special conditions apply to the refunding of the post congress tour. See the congress website for further details. The congress/TNO is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. The congress/TNO shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference
is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency. In the event that the Congress/ TNO cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the paid fee.
